Longmeadow parks plan field-usage survey amid rental demand. Parks Director Jarvis announced that the new Bliss Playground will be substantially complete by July 1, 2026. The Commission discussed increased interest from private training groups and club lacrosse programs seeking field rentals, with soccer organizations reporting limited weekend availability at Wolf Swamp.
Director Jarvis will create a questionnaire for all sport associations to identify program needs and recommend shared usage arrangements.
