Longmeadow Future Building Use Task Force refines strategic analysis and community engagement plans. With eight members present, David Lipke presented a strategic categories analysis model and committed to refining it for a vote at the next meeting. Paul Dunkerly and Sara Gregg presented a community engagement script and public input plan designed to reach diverse audiences, including those less familiar with internet technology.
Gregory Morrison presented signage concepts for the three properties and committed to bringing a detailed draft for next meeting approval. The task force plans community engagement efforts including social media, local media coverage, summer event tabling, and video tours of buildings to share on its webpage.
