LONGMEADOW — Planning Board unanimously approves school building project design. The board closed the public hearing for Case 2026-3-1 and approved the Site and Design Review Application for the Middle School Building Project at 410 Williams Street with 5-0 votes; all five members were present, including Antoinette Mongillo attending via Zoom. The hearing, which had been continued from March 31, included resident questions about athletic field fencing, project notification procedures, and timing for final approval; the board said fencing would be determined by the project team and the final decision would come within a week.
