Longmeadow Planning Board schedules Williams Middle School hearing and advances ADU regulations. Chaired by Cheryl Thibodeau, the Board unanimously endorsed the Cooling Corridors Grant application for shade tree planting (5-0) and set a March 31st public hearing on the Williams Middle School Site and Design Review. The Board established a $100 fee for ADU Site and Design Review applications, with formal amendment to Rules and Regulations scheduled for the next meeting, and appointed Chris Legiadre to the ADU design guidelines working group (5-0).
