Select Board fills task force positions, approves licenses

Longmeadow Select Board appoints seven to Future Building Use Task Force. Appointments followed plurality voting among nine candidates, with Vice Chair Vineeth Hemavathi noting the pool's "exceptional talent." Selected were Paul Dunkerly, Sara Gregg, Ryan McCollum, Earl Godfrey, Zach Kushner, Leonard Shaker, and David Lipke; applicant Gregory Morrison was redirected to the Historic Commission. In liquor licensing, the Board unanimously approved one-day licenses for the Longmeadow Adult Community Center Fund for February 5 and 26 each, and extended a bottle shop license through December 31, 2026, all by votes of 5-0.
