LONGMEADOW — Future Building Use Task Force establishes resident comment procedures for meetings. The Longmeadow task force set individual speaker limits to three minutes with a maximum of 15 total minutes per meeting, held every other month. Task Force Chair Paul Dunkerley led discussion on consolidating building assessments for Town Hall, Community House, and Old Town Hall, while members explored potential public-private partnerships for future renovations.

The task force expressed a preference for developing Community House's auditorium as independent public space separate from school facilities.
