The Future Building Use Task Force reviewed cost reports for Town Hall, Community House, and Old Town Hall, discussing maintenance costs that would likely require debt exclusion votes for substantial improvements. The Task Force decided to conduct community engagement at Town Meeting on May 13 and at Future Planet Fiesta on May 9, and Chair Paul Dunkerley assigned Ryan McCollum and David Lipke to develop a strategic categories proposal.
